Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate accessories are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Custom-made or Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return for any reason. For items that are defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It must be:

4. Return Process

Authorization & Instructions: Once your request is approved (within 1-3 business days), we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Please ship the item using a trackable and insured service to the provided address. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the process is complete. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
5. Refunds

Inspection & Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item (ensuring it meets the conditions above), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Amount: You will be refunded the full price of the item. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you will be responsible for paying it separately.
